Experience has shown that people start Pilates and draw it into their lives for many different reasons.
Some people are happy to come along to weekly classes and some prefer, or require, a slightly more bespoke experience.
The point is, we are all different, and sometimes some individual attention is necessary so we can be the best that we can be.
Private and small group tuition
Private tuition is tailor-made to suit your needs. So whether you would like to fine tune your Pilates technique, support your sporting activities, improve your posture or optimise recovery from injury or an operation, private tuition could help you realise your goals.
Tuition for small private groups is also available.
Prior to attending your first class, please download, print off and complete a Participant Health Form once you have read the terms and conditions on the form.
Introduction to Pilates
If you’re new to the Pilates technique, you will need to complete a private ‘Introduction to Pilates’ before attending group classes.
This one off session is designed to introduce you to the basic terminology and principles we use in the Pilates technique. You will also have a basic postural analysis and the opportunity to discuss any medical issues that you are concerned about, or you feel could affect your participation in group classes.
Once you’ve completed this 90 min introduction you’ll be able to come into an established class and work safely at your own intensity.
